Important terms & conditions

  • Lepogo Lodges requires a final rooming list 30 days prior to guests’ arrival
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Check-in time: From 14h00 onwards and check-out time: before 11h00 (unless otherwise agreed)
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notification
  • It is imperative that guests travel with the appropriate travel and medical insurance
  • We can only confirm a booking once a 20% deposit has been received by Lepogo Lodges.
  • The deposit needs to be received within 10 days of the enquiry or the booking will be released.
  • The balance of the booking is to be paid in full 60 days prior to travel.
  • For any peak period bookings a 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and full payment must be received 90 days before travel
  • Any short lead time enquiries (less than 30 days) will be held for 72 hours and bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations

All cancellations must be given in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • If cancelled up to 61 days prior to arrival, 10% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged
  • If cancelled 31 to 60 days prior to arrival, 25% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged
  • If cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, 75% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged
  • If cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inclusive of VAT) will be charged
