Lepogo Lodges Rates

• Lepogo Lodges requires a final rooming list 30 days prior to guests’ arrival
• Minimum stay: 3 nights (unless otherwise agreed)
• Check-in time: From 14h00 onwards and check-out time: before 11h00 (unless otherwise agreed)
• All rates are subject to change without prior notification
• It is imperative that guests travel with the appropriate travel and medical insurance
• We can only confirm a booking once a 25% deposit has been received by Lepogo Lodges.
• The deposit needs to be received within 10 days of the enquiry or the booking will be released.
• The balance of the booking is to be paid in full 60 days prior to travel.
• Any short lead time enquiries (less than 30 days) will be held for 72 hours and bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• During peak periods 16 Dec to 10 Jan and Easter, the house and the cottage must be booked together and the balance of any booking is to be paid 90 days prior to travel.

All cancellations must be given in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:

• If cancelled up to 91-120 days prior to arrival, 25% cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl of VAT) will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 61-90 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl of VAT) will be charged.
• If cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (incl of VAT) will be charged.
